need PCI card slot

I want to add a USB 2.0 PCI card to my pc, but I have no slots left. They
are occupied by a network, sound, video, monitor, tv tuner, modem, cards...
is there a way to add a slot for a PCI card? Or can I not add a USB 2.0 PCI
card unless I remove one that is currently in there? Thanks

Justin

No, I cannot connect them to networked unit because one is a laptop and
other is too slow. Thanks

Would you be willing to sell your TV tuner and replace it with the USB2.0
card (I would go with a USB2.0 / IEEE1394 [firewire] combo card just to be
safe) and then get a TV external device for USB2.0?

USB network device would nicely replace the PCI NIC,
freeing up a slot for something else. HawkingTech and
Linksys, amongst others, make them.
