Need more room for Links

I have a LOT of links I'd like to have at my
fingertips...Favorites is just not going to cut it. If I
add more links, they get scrolled off the page to the
right into a drop-down menu (defeating the point). Isn't
there a way to add a second line to the Links toolbar?

No, there is no way to just add a line.
Either:
1. Cut the names down so you get more (about 24?)
2. Add folders

make folders in the links and place the site/locations
into the folders. make the folder names 3-4 characters
and you should get 15-16 folders on the bar.
see favorites > organize button for creating folders.
