Need Logon Help

I am working at a place that has 200 PC's all running
2000. I am taking over as administrator. Is there
anyway to log on to a computer that has been assigned a
admin password but no one knows what it is, we have tried
all the basics. This computer is currently not connected
to our network, we are in the process of scanning the
computers for the natchi virus before connecting them
back to the network.
Is there anyway other than to reinstall win 2k?

ERD Commander which inludes the Locksmith utility to have around. -- Steve
