Need Info On how to restart the whole windows mail thing

I was trying to set up my account and some where I messed up now I need to
redo the thing

You didn't post much helpful information. I suggest you go to your ISP's
web site and look at their e-mail client configuration/setup page.

Go to Tools | Accounts and click your mail account and either delete it or
go to Properties and change the settings.
