need hotfix

Hi folks,
I need this hotfix for Outlook. The article says I have to call for it?? Why
is that necessary? Well, I don't want to pay support for a hotfix, so can
anyone direct me to where I can find it online outside of calling Microsoft?

I'm not sure why you posted an Outlook question in an Excel newsgroup,
but the answer will be the same. If you need the hotfix, you won't be
charged for the call.

I wouldn't trust any hotfix that was generally available on-line.
