Need hotfix 308402

Knowledgebase says to contact Microsoft for Hotfix 308402
but everytime I try to email them it kicks me out to
Compaq support. I just need the hot fix. Anyone got it?

I have downloaded it and installed. The problem is that RC will still
not work. As a matter of fact time line:
computer all up to date with windowsupdate
installed Recovery Console from CD
RC asks for an admin password (none assigned)
RE-install SP1 (just in case)
RC still asks for an admin password(none assigned)
Put password on admin account
RC says admin password incorrect
Post to newsgroup
