Need HELP!!!!

i am trying to reset my username and password ? not allowing me to send out
emails
 
You don't need to reset your username and password to send email.

If that answer is not relevant to your question, then you need to provide
more information. If you are getting an error message, then provide the
complete and accurate message here, except remove the portion of any email
address that precedes the @. If there is any other reason you think you need
to reset your username and password, then please explain why.
 
Go to Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and you can change your settings
there. Check your ISPs website for the correct settings.
