Need help.

Got a new hp laptop and everything was working great until a week ago,now
every time a close ANY window while on internet it crashes and closes
everything....don't know why is doing it...HELP!..this is what appears
everytime...

Hi jesus,

Most often this is caused by a plugin that was added to the system. Click
start and type "Internet Explorer" and one of the options in the menu will
be to run it without addons. Try this mode and I suspect you'll find that
the problem does not occur.

To fix it, close IE and go to the Control Panel/Internet Options, and on the
Programs tab click the button to 'manage addons'. Disable those that load
with IE a few at a time until the problem stops.

Thanks for the help...I found out it was comming from the yahoo toolbar and
got it fixed.
