NEED HELP

I'm running Windows XP SP2 on a Toshiba Satellite M35X-S149. Everytime I go
online it's telling m that I have a virus called Trojan horse
backdor.small.14 in C:\\windows\isrvs\ffisearch.exe and trojan horse
downloader.small.18.t in C:\\windows\isrvs\sysupd.dll. I have AVG
antivir,Spybot S&D,ewido all running and even when I use my antivir to heal
these files as soon as I go online they're back. Can anyone help me? Also
everytime I start my laptop I get a disk check scan having to do with a NTFS
file I haven't the slightest idea what this means. I'm a new computer owner
and this laptop whas a gift. My brother moved and got a new computer . Also
he left me with no software so I'm search the net but I NEED HELP!

In addition to what Carey said, you don't say if you have a firewall. If
not, GET ONE IMMEDIATELY! The built-in one that comes with XP will do at a
pinch.

I went to that site, it sems a litle etreme or should I say out of my
league.I don't want to do more damagethan what's already done. I have no
floppy drive but I do have a Windows Me Restoration disk set could I use this?

You'll need to turn-off System Restore, reboot, then turn it back on.
The virus has infected your System Restore folder (system volume information).
