Need Help

I have a problem everytime I log on.The following pop up--
DLL LOAD FAIL,HOT KEY FAIL,SH FOLDER.DLT WAs NOT Found.
Also,When I try to run the Disk cleanup it freezes and
just says scaning compressed files..I let it scan for 2
hours ,And have tried it every day and still nothing..
Any help would be appreciated..

Go to Start>Run type: msconfig Select Startup and see if anything
resembling that error shows up.
Uncheck if yes. You could try System Mechanic for 30 days free trial.
It will give your system a good
