Hi Kapil,
This error is caused when the telephony service is disabled or is not
working
properly. To enable telephony perform the following steps
1) Right click "My computer" and choose manage
2) On the left hand side of the computer management window click the +
beside
Services and Applications
3) Click on Services below that
4) On the right hand side look for the telephony service
5) Double click on it to bring up the telephony properties
6) Change the startup type to either "Manual" or "Automatic" Manual is the
XP
default
