Need Help With Security Settings Problem

I have my security settings all set to medium, no active-x controls are in
effect and I have Yahoo Online protection that includes virus scan, anti spy
and a firewall. I cannot download any files from the internet including Yahoo
Self Support tool that provides me e-mail security updates. I run Windows
XP. The message states "Your current security settings do not allow this file
to be downloaded."

What has to be changed? I have tried everything including setting security
settings temporarily all to "Low". Nothing will work.

Use the "Trusted Sites" zone to establish security settings as medium and
place the domain name you are downloading from in the Trusted Sites zone.
Try disabling your Yahoo security temporarily and just enable Windows
Firewall (sp2?). You did not state what browser you are using IE6 or IE7.
IE7 is more demanding as far as having the correct settings is concerned but
it does work once it is set up.
