need help with rar video files

Hi I'm download one of my faveoret tv shows on my computer and all the
infromation it;s rar files how to I fix the problen so I can play the tv
shows is there RAR VIDEO PRGRAM I can download so I can watch them I'm
dounloading from bittorrent and when I click on the file it says it needs to
locatet the program that created it in the fold it has a sample video it says
next on Baywatch and plays a few seconds of it and I don't know how that one
plays I have media player, Realplayer,quicktime they all won't paly it is
there another program I can downlod that wiil play it thankyou and is there a
way to download the tv show seasons that are not rar files that I do not have
to pay for that I can downloda throu bitorrent

For uncompressing the various formats of compressed files, there is 7-ZIP.
I think it can handle RAR.

For determining what CODEC is needed, to play a video, you can
try GSPOT.
