Need help with .msp Files

On my 40GB HDD, I have 6GB of .mso files. Is there a program that can scan
and delete any unneeded .msp files?
That's 20% of my drive used by files that are rarely used, many I am sure
are no longer of any use. Thanks in advance to all who can help.
