Need Help With G card

When i put my grafics card in my computer, the computer starts but the screen stays blank ! i have tryed everything !!! i have reformated my computer and tryed it, downloaded drivers, plugged moniter in compuer and grafics card ! i cant think of any thing else ! ! ! i need help big time :S

what is your motherboard?
processor?
did it have onboard graphics or another card?
whats the new card?
what rating is your power supply?

yea i have an on bored graphics card, the 1 i am trying to install is a radion 9600 i havent a clue what my motherbored is and my prosseser is an intel pentium 4 and not shor about my power supply am not very gd with pc's lol
