Need help with file locations

When I receive an email with a file attachment and try to save the
attachment, I would like to change the default file location where it gets
saved. Right now it saves somewhere on my C Drive but I would like to save
it on a network drive. How can I do that?

Thanks....

I found that article and did what it says but it still doesn't save them to
where I want.
