Need Help with deletions

How do you completely delete internet history, without just deleting the history on the internet? i have no clue...any suggestions? thanks
 
Remove history in internet explorer address bar

Editor’s note: Clearing the recent documents history from start menu properties
will clear this list as well.

Right click Start button>Properties>Customize>Advanced>Recent Documents>Clear
List.
