Need help with Blue Screen

Hi group,
I’m here for the first time 'cause I think I have a big problem.
The last 2 days I get a BCOD during downloading and browsing at the same
time. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but I guess someone
here will know. During these sessions I was using WinMx and I.E. On the Blue
Screen said DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (what in the name of God does that
mean?)
The numbers below were 0X000000D1 (0XF32CC100, 0X00000002, 0X00000001,
0XF72F8C3F).
I run Service Pack 2 and I haven’t changed anything on my PC recently. Do
you have any idea as to what could possibly cause the crash?

Thanks a million,
Lady Ponder

Thanks Will, I did that just a while ago and didn't find the right answer.
I'll do some research. Do you maybe have a link to where to get Win Mem
Test. From reading other posts I've learned that maybe I have a memory
problem...ha, ha, this sounds funny!

driver_irql_...... errors can be pretty much anything, its probably the
biggest pain in the ass error message ever

it took me about 2 years to figure out what was causing mine as it was that
random, eventually narrowed it down to something to do with my netgear NIC
card, swapped over to USB modem connection and never seen it since.

but it can be anything really .... next time you see it look just below the
number code thing and it MIGHT have some sort of filename there, thats
usually a good place to start investigating this, but the IRQL error message
itself can mean anyhting
