Need help w/removing 2nd install winxp-pro

I need help in removing/deleting 2nd install of winxp-pro, how can I do
it without getting all kind of error messages, like access denied,
flash.ocx is running, etc,.??
I have deleted the second instance of multiboot from boot.ini but ca not
delete the folder.

Will, tried it did not work, got error message about the flash.ocx
running, access denied.
Any more ideas??

Try this from Start>Run

regsvr32 /u flash.ocx

--
