need help to setup ICS client on Win ME

Hi, I am setting up a home network with 2 Win XP machines and 2 Win ME machines. I use an XP machine with 2 network cards to be ICS sever and others as ICS clients.
One ME machine came through the setup processes easily. However, I got messages saying that there are something wrong with my "WINDOW/SYSTEM/UPNP.dll" file and "WINDOW/SYSTEM/HNETWIZ.dll" file. How can I fix the problem since it would not carry on the network setup wizard.
