need help to Remove hotfix kb828741 - no remove button!

i was attempting to install Norton antivirus professional
but the installed failed. instructions sayd to uninstall
Norton, remove security hotfix kb828741, re-install
Norton, Re-install kb828741.
I have two computers, my first one, this one, has windows
XP and I was able to follow that procedure exactly no
problems. Then I tried that on my daughters computer
which is windows xp - media edition and when I go to the
Hotfix kb828741 and double click on it, I do not have a
remove button to press.
My Question is: How do I remove this hotfix kb828741
without a remove button?

Open Windows Explorer. Go to the C:\Windows folder and look for folders with names like:

$NtUninstallKB828741$

These are hidden folders, so you may need to adjust your Folder Options to show hidden files/folders, protected operating system files and the contents of System folders.

Find the correct folder and open it, the open the SPUNINST sub folder. Double click the SPUNINST.EXE file.
