Need help to change default mail to Mail.com..Is this possible?

Ok..I am a rational gal. Very infact. But I am about to pull my hair out over
this one. I am trying to change my default mail program to Mail.com (Mail.org
is my account through them), but the drop-down menu does not show it. Shows
Hotmail, MSN, Yahoo, Microsoft Office Outlook, Outlook Express. Did try the
usual suspect by going to Start-->ALL Programs-->Set Program Access and
Defaults, which of course did nothing. I am thinking something in RegEdit,
however, I have not a clue as to how I set it up..Anyone out there can help
me?

My eyes are batting, and I have a cherry on top of this question..(lol)
Almost sounds sexist..don't wanna do that! Hmmm..well ok, "Whipped Cream, a
Cherry on Top and Drizzled with Chocolate Syrup", on top of this
Question..Much Appreciated Friends!

Unless Mail.com has a utility you can download and use to make it the
default, it's not possible.

Hmmm...I am not sure if they do..good thought.. IMA GONNA look around
Mail.com and see what I can find..Any specific words I can search for? Like
just using "mail utility", or is there another phrase? And Thanks Pa Bear!

Well PA Bear, I already have the toolbar from Mail.com, disabled everything
except the mail retrieval, and still nothing..I really do not want to change
my business accounts. I have Outlook too, but I cannot configure Outlook to
work with Mail..(To be honest, I'd PREFER to use Outlook, because I would be
able to use html in my emails).

Just looked at their (mail.com) premium services and it is gonna cost me
$3.95/mo for POP3 access so I can use it in Outlook. I just don't understand
b/c my eprompter program (Email retriever-up to 16 accounts), was able to
retrieve messages from those accounts on Mail.com, until just this
week..(Don't know the deal on that either).

If I can just get my Internet explorer to recognize Mail.com as a default,
this would not be an issue..Well Thanks PA Bear. Appreciate your time and
effort. BTW..Are you in PA? I was reared there. Miss those beautiful hills!
