need help starting up word 2003.

I'm logged in as a new user/new name on my cpu, I no longer have the disk w/
25 character label on it. it's already downloaded under shared user log-in. I
can't start-up under my new log-in. it keeps asking me to register name/ID
number(25 character label).
 
Word should be installed by as a user with full admin and run before another
user is able to open it.
