Word 2000

Wonder if anyone can help...
For some reason, Word 2000 on my PC has suddenly stopped
working. Whenever I try to open it, I have to re-register
it - the problem is that I no longer have the case that
the disk came in and therefore don't have the 25-character
CD Key it needs for installation.
I've tried asking Microsoft online, but I need to enter
the product code, which I can't get because I can't open
Word!
Does anyone know a way of getting the product code or CD
Key without being able to open Word??

Download, install and run the freeware Belarc Advisor. It will give you the
product ID and the CD key. www.belarc.com
