Need Help Shutting Down my Computer

Dear Friends, I can't shut it down. I try step by step as
I always had done it before.It shuts down but on the same
time it turns on. And I also see in the shut down box that
the option of Stand by is not avalable.

I really would appreciat your help. Pura Vida.
