need help quick

hello,
i have 2 users on my computer
but now they both have a small account, they do't have the accont to rule the computer , so now i can't change anything about the computer, and i want to install XP again, but i can"t deleted a thing, the pc says that i do not have the rights en that i'm not the boss of the computer

How did you do that? I tried deleting my last admistrator account and the
program refused to do it. Anyway to recover from this problem try starting
in Safe Mode and logging in as Administrator. Then create a new account
with administrator privileges.

You cannot delete the admin account, you can rename it.
