NEED HELP PLEASE

My problem is, whenever i goto Properties of my computer,
appearance, and try to change WINDOWS AND BUTTONS, the
only available choice is Windows Classic Style. The other
windows xp style is not there and i don't know why. if
anyone can please help, post or email me. thanx
