Need Help Please

Hi whenever I start my computer or restart it a screen comes up and says

Please select the operating system to start
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
Microsoft Windows XP Setup

Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice. Press
ENTER to choose.

For troubleshooting and advanced startup options for windows press F8.

I would like to know how to make it just startup without going to this any
help would be greatful. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Your boot.ini file is set to desplay this edit it to zero and the screen will
not show up. do not deleate the file.

open

Do a bit of resurch on the boot.ini as yo can render you pc helples.

Alternatively you can do the following

1. Press WINDOWS KEY + BREAK to bring up the system
properties window
2. Select the Advanced tab and then under Startup and
Recovery select SETTINGS
3. Once you have done that you can select the default
operating system and by clearing the box that defines time
to display list of operating systems you will force the
system to boot immediately with the specified default.
