Are they ok or not? It wasnt usually like that before I have formatted my pc.

I've got Adware SE program and Spybot program installed already, also I am

In IE under the Tools tab there is a Popup option that lets you manage which
pop ups are allowed and or blocked. I'm not familiar with the pop up blocker
you downloaded but the WinXP Sp2 pop up blocking usually is good enough.
Adaware catches spy programs and if you run Spybot & adaware you should be in
good shape.

You have a malware-infested computer which needs to be cleaned up. Go
through these general malware removal steps systematically:

If the procedures look daunting - and there is no shame in admitting
this - take your machine to a professional computer repair shop (not
your local version of BigStoreUSA).

No, that is why I gave you the link for removing malware. Multi_AV is a
first-line antivirus tool written by David Lipman. It is excellent at
finding a variety of viruses. It is not a substitute for a
full-featured antivirus program either.

While some non-viral malware can be detected by some full-featured
antivirus programs, most will not. You need to use tools that are
written specifically for removing malware.
