Need HELP in reinstalling Internet Explorer

ABM - Leola

Switched over to cable from dialup. Lost Internet Explorer. Cannot get
it up and running after downloading it again. Click on ICON and get
newer version detectect cannot continue. Have not downloaded IE 7. Using
XP sp2. Cannot fimd uninstall program. Do not where to locate
administrator rights.What happened? Need help!!!!!!

ABM in Leola
 
Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components and
review the list to see if Internet Explorer has a check mark by it.
