Need Help in Formating and Installing Windows XP pro

I totally forgot on how you format the C: hard drive in
reinstalling Windows XP Professional. Can you give me the
procedures on how to go about this.

Hi,

Simply boot of the XP cd and follow the prompts.
You will be asked where to install XP to. You can then
delete the partition and re-create it (thus wiping all
data). Setup will then format it.
