Need Help Fast Word Doc. insert Powerpoint Slide

I am having a problem inserting a powerpoint slide into a
word document. Eveytime I insert the slide it comes out
on the Word Document as huge and I can't shrink it.

Someone Please help quickly........the bossman is coming.
