Powerpoint to Word

I have converted my powerpoint to word by going to File, Send To, Microsoft
Office Word. I need to email the word document, but now my word document is
huge, 126MB, because when it converts to Word, it inserts all of the slides
as editable slides. Is there anyway to change this so the document size is a
lot smaller, either by changing the way i convert from Powerpoint to Word, or
by changing the slides in the Word document into a picture or image? When i
convert from Powerpoint, i need to have the speaker notes as well, which i
know how to do, i basicall just need the slides to not be editable and just
be images so the size of the Word file is measurably smaller
