I was recently given a small video file that when ever a attempt to open it my explore.exe runs up to 100% and my computer slows down to a stop. I have ran the file though nortons and it say that it is clean. Any attempt to click on file and delete is meet with the another program is using this program statement and can't delete, but no other program is using it. Is there a way to delete this file manual without having to click on it.
Thanks for any help.

Try this pictorial "Delete A File That Is Seemingly Undeletable"

Or you might delete it in safe mode or using the recovery console.

If you have Nero, try using the Nero browser to delete it.

Good luck
