need help, cant see background

When I open any wed page cant see nothing at the backgound, only the letters
with a white background!
 
Hi,

Try this:

Go to Tools => Internet Options => General tab => Accessibility button.
Uncheck (clear) all the boxes.
 
Hi Have the exact same problem with my background!! Unchecking all boxes at
accessibility button doesn't help. Still can't see background on Webpages.
What else can I do???
