I recently got a dell pda and when trying to download programs from the
internet, a box would pop up saying that my computer didn't have the
appropriate file to download the program. I became aggrevated and clicked
"ok" a few too many times, and accidently chose adobe to open the programs
with--so now, my computer will only open these files with adobe, and of
course, the material doesn't translate to adobe. Any help is so
appreciated!!!

If you don't have the program necessary to view the files you download,
getting aggravated will not help (but you found that out). (-:

Open "My Computer", then Tools/Folder options/File Types. Re-associate the
file extensions you screwed up to the correct programs.
