Need FrontPage to view web on CD?

If I publish one of my webs from FrontPage Editor to a folder on my PC and
then burn it to CD, will I be able to view the CD on another PC that doesn't
have FrontPage?

Yes, just view it in a browser.

Only thing is you won't be able to use features that require a web server
e.g. form handler, ASP pages. etc

You don't need FP to view a page normally - only to edit it.
