I think CDBurnerXPPro is great and believe it also works on 2000. :-) It
hasn't made a coaster yet (I use WXP-Home).

CDBurnerXP supports majority of modern IDE, USB, SCSI and FireWire
CD-RW drives assembled in 2001 year or later, if its burn speed is
more than 8x. If a drive is not listed as tested and it works, please
send a mail or post the information in the forum, so that I can add it
to the list.

CDBurnerXP Pro will ignore (not detect) unsupported devices.

Deep Burner.
CDBurnerXPPro.
Burn4Free

You could them from www.snapfiles.com.
