I have to program a German Natural Language keyboard to the exact
settings on the keys itself because it differs from Windows built in
expectation of the German keyboard.
There a few things I want to do here.
1. Disable the keyboards shortcut button system altogether because they
are intefering with the Ctrl Alt combinations and probably a few others
I know nothing of, even with the Windowsbuilt in German layout
2. I am downloading Msklc utility to see if I can reprogram it match
3. Find some software from Microsoft that can set the keys straight way
or some other 3rd party that can fix it straight away - my preferred
option.

latest.
Where can I find the latest software for it
