Used to be called an double strike or an over strike and can't find anything
in Symbols, Webdings, etc. Only need A, B & C with a Circle - will be used
as bullets

In Word 2002 or later, you can type 24B6 and press Alt+X to get a
circled A, 24B7 for a circled B, 24B8 for a circled C, etc., 24BF for a
circled J, 24C0 for a circled K, etc., and 24CF for a circled Z. These
characters are in the Enclosed Alphanumerics subset of the Arial Unicode
MS font.
