Need border projects to print in color. How do I do it?

When using a border, I can not get color in the background to be only in the
border area & to print out colored. What am I doing wrong?

I'm assuming you're using Microsoft Word... right?

If so you've posted your question in the wrong newsgroup. This one is
for a different program, Microsoft Access. Please scroll down the list
of programs in the lower left of the webpage and pick and appropriate
Word newsgroup.
