need BITS info

on a prior message, Doug Knox wrote that on automatic update if you had
BITS, update would pick up where it was broken off, or computer shut down.
How do you know if you have BITS? Thanks very much.

Start/Run enter the words services.msc click "OK" look down the list for
"Background Intelligent Transfer Service" - if it's there make sure it's on
and set to automatic (right click - Properties to change)
