need backup for xp sp1, can i download direct from microsoft?

i am re-intalling with my XP service pack 1 Updgrade CD.
i have two files samsrv.dll and ntdsapi.dll that would not
copy. I think my CD may have some bad spots.
can i successfully copy this CD to make another upgrade
CD to intall from? is there a place at Microsoft to
download files to burn and make your own CD if you own the
original?

ok, i burned a new copy of the Microsoft CD. all is ok
with that problem.
