Need automatic recurring rule

I'm pretty sure i can't do this natively with Outlook 2003, but hopefully
somebody knows of an add-on or third party product that can.

I need to create a rule that only runs during certain hours of the day. It
has to be completely automatic without any human interaction required (after
it's setup i mean.)

Basically i need to be able to forward any emails that arrive in a specific
mailbox to another address, but only if they arrive between 2am and 4am.
This rule needs to be in affect 7 days a week and (as i mentioned) nobody
will be there to turn it on and off during that window, so automation is
key.

Any help is appreciated.
