Need Assistance

Is there anyone that can assit me? For some unknown reason, Word will load
the same file twice, and the program just crashes. It often does this on
its own. Everything is going along fine then everything locks up.


Doing a "Windows task manager" I will find the same file loaded twice in
word.
 
Have you patched Windows and Office up-to-date? Are you using Norton AV? Are
you using a Desktop or Laptop?
