Need assistance in Word.

Is there anyone that can assit me? For some unknown reason, Word will load
the same file twice, and the program just crashes. It often does this on
its own. Everything is going along fine then everything locks up.


Doing a "Windows task manager" I will find the same file loaded twice in
word.

Usual problem is a corrupted Normal.dot
The usual fix is to close all instances of Word.
Do a search for Normal.dot
Delete Normal.dot.
Open Word again.
