Ok...
I think I know the problem...but just don't know how to correct the problem.
Earlier I was led to remove ballon pop ups in XP system by using this prompt:

I followed the instructions at the top of her page...and now I have lost my
"RECYCLE BIN"...can't access it or find it through Search...
AND "MY COMPUTER" has totally dissappeared from my start menu.
Both of these were also on my Desktop and now neither are anywhere in any
files to be found....
I am afraid that I wil more than likely discover more items missing, as I go
to use them when needed.
So, can you tell me...
Is there anyway to restore these reg keys into the proper place so I can
receive back the use of a normal system again?
PLEASE HELP?
