Need Advice On What To Buy!

Hi,
Im looking to buy a new PC mainly for gaming, but also for editing videos and stuff like that Ive been looking at some computers and ive found 2 that I think would be perfect for me, but im not sure which one is better or if infact they would be useful for me So id like your guys opinions on what would be best for me
