Need adequate Word Document Template

Hi there,

I am suppose to write a Report (Engineering Study) on the analysis of some
HPP equipment and according to the status of the equipment, to propose
adequate meassures to be taken, activities to be done, funds necessary, major
benefits expected, and some pre-feasibility figures drawn. I would have some
pictures to add, of graphs and photos as well.

I need if it is possible and available some MS WORD template that could help
me
to write this Report as easy and as good as possible. Later on, using this
Study Report I am intending to prepare Terms of Reference, and Tender for
procurment of goods and services for rehabilitation of such HPP.

I am not sure if you will find such a template but you can fashion your own

No offense, but even a template might impress the readers of your report if
you really mean "to write this Report as easy and as good as possible."
Apart from the obvious grammar and spelling errors, borrowing what somebody
else put together may not show off your own work product very well.
