Need a suggestion for Remote Desktop Software

Typical deployment in my organization is Windows Remote Desktop
Connection over a vpn connection. This works well for most users, but
we have an issue with one user. The problem is this user has a need
to view video over the remote session and the video is lagging. The
user used to use an old copy of PC Anywhere, but due to some other
issues we were forced to abandon the Symantec solution.

Can anyone recommend a good alternative to Windows RDC or PC Anywhere
with the intent to watch video over the connection?

Look at UltraVNC. Works like PC Anywhere, but does not seem to allow
remote printing.
